On the first day of autumn, we dive into something special. On this immersion day we take you on a Tantric exploration of our ever changing nature. The Tantric view invites you to stop resisting change as it is the only constant in life. Instead, we welcome it in and choose to move with all of its expressions. Whether it is small or big, solitary or together, wild or soft… We will practice curiosity for the next movement to come, and embody the continuity of our vital energy (Shakti) that runs through us and through this whole existence. By doing so, the ever changing nature of life becomes a dance instead of a struggle we have to overcome.
This immersion day has two parts. In the Tantric deepdive during the afternoon, we will sink into conscious connection, get into an open field breathwork, will hear each other in sharings, and practice authentic expression,…to open up to all that we are!
During the open field breathwork, we will do circular breathing and use our shared space as a playground to move and meet each other. Experience tells that this form of breathwork is profound, deeply healing, socially liberating and connective.
This dynamic experience is supported by live music of Vincent and Ruben. They play a carefully designed set that is in close interaction with the dynamic nature of the group as the practice evolves. After a grounding dinner there will be time to integrate and prepare for the Ecstatic Dance evening.
In the evening, we will guide a Cacao ceremony that leads into the free expression of Ecstatic Dance with the musical tunes of DJ Ramon. This whole day is for you to move with all inner seasons and express your wildest Truth. The evening will finish with snacks, community, and the option to stay overnight on the beautiful Land van Yemaya.

CEREMONIAL CACAO:
During the evening, we invite you to open up in curiosity to the power of cacao, like native cultures have known for thousands of years as the ‘food of the Gods’. There are a lot of health benefits in terms of high dosage of minerals, antioxidant effects, and neurotransmitters that support natural feelings of love, flow, creativity, and antidepressant symptoms. Cacao can work psychoactive – not psychedelic, but heightening consciousness. It has a longer and softer energy than coffee, and without the peak and dip.
